14-Day Returns

If you’re not soul-satisfied with your Trnsndntl☆Truth® purchase, you may initiate a return for a refund within 14 days of delivery. We see our world as one family and are here to serve you with honesty, care, and love.

To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• As part of our commitment to mindful, low-waste production, customers are responsible for return shipping. Once your request is approved, we’ll email a prepaid return label for your convenience; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
• Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at hello@tt.life within 14 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue — there’s no need to start a return in this case. We’ll work closely with our production partners to arrange a prompt replacement or refund as needed.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

• E-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
• Each piece is made to order. Because our garments are produced using a combination of printing and cut-and-sew processes, minor variations in color, print placement, panel alignment, or seam placement may occur. These natural variations are part of on-demand production and are not considered defects.
